Seamless Tube Manufacturing Process

We use a special method called Cold Drawn Process to make our seamless tubes. This process ensures that the tubes have a smooth surface and exact dimensions. After making the tubes, we heat treat them to give them the strength and properties they need. This involves relieving stress, normalizing it, and setting it according to specific standards and requirements. We use special equipment called roll straighteners to ensure the tubes are perfectly straight. We check the quality of our tubes very carefully to make sure they are top-notch. We also pack them with great care for export, so they arrive in perfect condition.
